COFFEE FARM
Huila is today Colombia’s biggest coffee producing department, accounting for 17% of national production over 148.000 hectares. Most coffee producers are smallholders with land size averaging 3-4 hectares. The department is also renowed for the high quality of its coffee given its location in the ecosystem of the Colombian Massif and the knowledge of producers.
